The room was up-to-date, comfortable and clean. Everything was there to prepare my own meals. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent....except my one minor complaint - the sausage and eggs were not quite heated enough one day....but I'm sure they would have made it right, had I said something, but I was in a hurry to start my trip home. Plenty of parking and well kept grounds. It's in a great location, and easy to get to/from the highway and beaches. I would definitely stay here again.

Good room with kitchenette close to beach.

Pros: All of the above plus the parking was easy and not too narrow.
Cons: The toilet ran slowly and refilled continuously. That was an irritating sound when I was trying to sleep.
This is a nice, large room with a sparsely equipped kitchen. The desk staff showed good flexibility in allowing me an extra 90 minutes to check out so that I could complete a fishing trip. The breakfast bar had a good variety and was open at 6:30 A.M.

Great Location

They are in process of renovating the 1st and 2nd floors but our room on 3rd floor was nicely done. Great staff and enjoyed the outdoor patio with rocking chairs. They even have a grill if you want to cook instead of going out to eat. Would stay here again.

Needs repairs

Pros: Great location. Pool area nice. Beds comfortable.
Cons: Update suites.
Located in a great area. Room 106 needed great repairs carpet stringy where kitchen and sitting area met. Curtains in sitting area had huge picked and pulled areas the sheers had huge holes. Bathroom tile cracked. We took photos. The cost at $300+ per night-should have been much better.

Fabulous

I have stayed at top hotels and also Residence Inns because of the pet policy, however, this was the best hotel and servcie of even huge name hotels. Want to go back.

Bad Experience

When we got to our room the closet doors were broken and would not open all the way. Called the front desk and they said they would have someone up to look at it the next morning. No one ever showed up. Called the wake -up number for a wake-up call, the phone rang over 25 times with no answer, the same experience when I called the front desk. There were mosquito's in the room and my wife got bitten."
