The reception clerk did not know that there such thing as Marriott rewards membership. She did not have cash for to give back for payment The beds lacked flat sheets. They used the flat sheet of one bed as fitted for the other bed . You have to use the bedspread sheet/comforter as blanket A 4 oz single water bottle was given No water glassesNo face or hand towels. We were promised a free shuttle for the airport , never arrived. The telephone lacked connection line Only one electrical outlet It has been my worst experience in a hotel
