Friendly welcoming staff. First room on check in had broken. Shade. Soon we were moved . next room picture missing from wall,dust and dirt on baseboards and dust and dirt on moulding on sliding door in bathroom. Had to go pick up toilet paper and towels only one roll of toilet paper in room. I know it's vivid but deliver the toilet paper and towels in a paper bag knock on door and don't go near us.. The place is slipping and it is new. Housekeeping comes in at 10am starts work at 11am. You can't hire someone to be a runner to take stuff to rooms. It's disgraceful.

My complaint is with Travelocity in addition to the Hilton Garden. I reserved a room with a king bed, but did not receive a room with a king bed. The person at the front desk was curt and not welcoming. She seemed pleased that I could not have the room THAT I HAD RESERVED!! I will never use Travelocity again and probably will not stay in the Hilton again.

This is a new hotel. Beautiful rooms, lobby, etc. A very nice pool & nice fitness center. We did not eat breakfast or use the bar (there is a $12.50 charge for breakfast). The room was a very nice size, bed very comfortable, and TV was HUGE! The room & bathroom were both very nice & clean. However, I was a bit surprised by a shower only & no tub. Sorry if this is TMI, but it is difficult to stand on 1 leg & shave another without cutting oneself. The staff was very nice & friendly. Excellent location for shopping & restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel, but not very comfortable.

Very clean and a wonderful staff. The matress was a bit hard, and the lights in the bathroom were very bright so if you wake up in the middle of the night… yikes.
