Our stay at the Barcelo was pleasant. The view was incredible and the staff were helpful. The food was repetitive and the meat was either overcooked or undercooked. The rooms could use an upgrade but overall we enjoyed our time there.

Best All Inclusive food we’ve ever had. Staff was very nice. We were promised and paid for King Bed but instead given a room with two small beds and one was broken. Door lock was broken and room safe didn’t work properly. Could never find a sun chair. All were taken.

Resort was nice, food was very good. Clean property and staff was very accommodating to help with whatever you needed. Had a few issues with the room from keys not working and shower wouldn’t drain right away. But that could happen anywhere I suppose.

Great facility and great beach! Evening buffet selections are limited compared to other Barcelos and resorts, but what is offered is fine. Breakfast, lunch and specialty restaurants are fine.
