"Everything was great at this hotel. The only thing I did not like was the beach there’s absolutely no swimming there. It’s gross and there’s absolutely no way in the world. I’m getting in the water to go paddle board where there are sharks. I don’t care what kind of shirts they are. "

"The Perry is a beautiful and well maintained property with easy access to watersports / sailing from the harbor, very good food options onsite and a great staff. We primarily spoke with Jonathon at the front desk and he was extremely friendly and helpful for anything stay-related. For any bookings you wish to make for rentals, sailings, access, reservations or what have you definitely speak to Johnny at the Concierge desk. He'll get you taken care of and save you money in the process with no booking fees when booking through him. I recommend calling ahead and booking anything you want to plan through him rather than the website(s). The hotel provides a shuttle to downtown Key west that picks up at the hotel on the hour and downtown on the half-hour from 9AM to 10:30PM that makes things convenient and saves on driving / parking downtown. The drivers do work for tips but aren't super obvious about it so have some cash handy when riding. "
