Inside the property it was clean and the employees worked to keep the place clean. The staff was polite, but not able to fix any issue. The front desk people were constantly like, "I am sorry, but can't help". The food was very boring at breakfast. It was the same thing everyday and was very bland. Something you could eat if you were starving, but not somehting you would want to eat. I also paid to have food there when I arrived. It took a long time and was also bland. Overall, I would not recommend the restaurant. The hotel has NO HOT WATER. When I notified the front desk they sent the bellboy over to check it and he said to just run the facuet and it might get hot. He let it run for over 20 minutes and it just only got barely warm. Showering in cold water was not enjoyable. They never got it fixed. The wifi is absolutely terrible. The location is somewhat isolated so I rented a car as taxi service was spotty. They gave me tickets for pool/beach towels. When I went to get a towel they didn't have any. They told me to come back which I did. They finally gave me two towel despite needing one for the entire family. You are expected to keep the towel the whole time. When I asked to trade it in and get a clean one they said they didn't have any. It was pretty ridicilous since you are getting wet and sandy. We never even got one for everyone despite being there over five days. We had to hang them in the room and share them. I would not really recommend overall. 4/10

Thank you for letting us know. Concerning the pool towels, we have already reported it to the corresponding department, for this to be taken care of.

The breakfast was bland Luke warm and very little variety. Same every morning for 4 days. Most of all the coffee sucked. Only had hot water to shower for two of the five days we were there . Did not have extra blankets . Gave us paper slips to check out beach towels one per person we had six adults they didn’t have six towels to check out so when we checked out we turned in our 5 towels they wanted the sixth one . Luckily we found the paper slip we they had given us that counted as a towel . Would not recommend this place

I love that it was very private, felt super safe, and really clean. The only thing that was not too great is that our room had what I believe to be a mildew smell and when we opened the faucets in the bathrooms it smelled like rotten eggs.

This place is really cute and reasonably priced. But if you are handicapped, it will be an uphill walk from parking to the lobby, and then a really long walk to your room, especially the family suites in the rear of the property, about 200 feet. Even if you can walk that distance easily, the car has to remain in front of the lobby, making it difficult to transport your luggage the entire distance on a bumpy walkway.
