Racist and rude! We got ignored alot doing our stay this has never happened to us in Mexico. During the super bowl the waitress serviced everyone except my sisters and another black couple. The same thing happen to my husband he was in the pool the guy was servicing everyone else except my husband. We have aways had a great experience in Mexico been here several times different resorts. We booked the El Beso all adults well its a rude awakening there where kids everywhere. Do not book this resort if you like a all adult experience. I would not book this hotel again.

The only complaint I have is the food was not hot. Also, our sink leaked and maintenance came to fix it and it still leaked the rest of the trip.

The staff and accommodations were outstanding! We had a junior suite and it was perfect -great view of the pool and a whirlpool tub. Very safe! Many wonderful amenities on site - coffee shop and ice cream parlor (included). FABULOUS entertainment, day and night. Didn’t love the beach. Smaller area and kind of dirty. However there will plenty of great, clean pools. Great experience.

Nice resort. Large so be prepared to walk. We did El Beso. Which was just the non children building and pools. But you will hear and see kids all other time.

Loved the property, loved the staff. Need to drag few REAL carnivores through "Steakhouse", worst Ribeye I've ever had. The beef at the Buffet was also lacking in seasoning
